All Private Broadcasts™ are streamed over the internet during the funeral proceedings. Each Private Broadcast™ is also recorded and saved as a keepsake and a special memory for family and friends to have and cherish. All services require a PIN which makes all viewers invitees from the family member planning the service.

Find the service?

All service viewers are by invite only, each service requires a PIN to view the service, If you have received the PIN please use our Service Locator to be directed to the correct website.

connect to service Issue?

If you are unable to connect to a service or are having connection issues please try to resolve the issue with these 2 simple verifications. If the problem persists please contact our support line: (415) 763 - 8439

1. Please locate the refresh button at the top of your window (it will look like a circular arrow) and click it. Many issues are resolved by simply refreshing the website.

2. Google Chrome is our preferred internet browser. If you see any issues please try using it. Use Google Chrome. If you do not have it, we urge you to download and install Google Chrome to eliminate connection issues.

Audio issues?

Please try to reolve the issue with these simple verifications. If the problem persists please contact our support line (415) 763 - 8439:

1. Please verify your device volume is turned up.

2. Look at the video players controls, ensure that the volume on the video player is turned up.
